As a personal trainer, Reiki healer, and group fitness coach, I create customised fitness programs that blend seamlessly with your lifestyle, focusing on not just physical health but your overall well-being.

I work closely with individuals in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty area who are ready to make a change, especially parents who strive to balance family life with personal health.

Running for Beginners

Whether you're new to running or aiming for a marathon, I provide guidance and training programs to kickstart your journey. Training sessions can be adapted to your space – at home, in a gym, or outdoors.

Sessions are customised to your specific needs and can be booked in 30-60-minute blocks.

Mums & Bubs Blissful Beginnings

Immerse yourself in gentle, nurturing workouts specifically designed for postpartum mums and their little ones. "Blissful Beginnings" offers a welcoming space to regain strength and connect with your baby, fostering both physical recovery and emotional bonds.

Family Fitness Fusion

Unite your family in fun and movement with our "Family Fitness Fusion" sessions. These inclusive workouts are designed to engage every family member, from toddlers to grandparents, in enjoyable and healthful physical activities. It's family bonding time reimagined through the joy of movement!

Dawn Serenity Yoga

Greet the new day with tranquillity and strength in our "Dawn Serenity Yoga" classes. Tailored for beginners, these sessions invite you to experience wellness from the first light, promoting peace of mind, flexibility, and a strong start to your day.

Each class has been crafted to not only meet specific wellness and fitness goals but to also create memorable experiences that nurture both body and soul.

Nutritional Guidance

Beyond exercise, proper nutrition is vital. I'll help you understand food labels, manage calorie intake, and make healthier food choices, aligning your diet with your fitness goals for optimal results.

Mind & Body Services

Nature's Gym Retreat

 Experience fitness in the great outdoors with our seasonal 'Half Day' boot camps. These sessions combine exercise with nature, offering nutritious meals, reflective grounding, and journaling about wellbeing.

Reiki Healing

Integrate Reiki into your personal fitness programme or group sessions to enhance your holistic wellness journey.  Reiki promotes healing and balance, complementing your physical workouts. Alternatively, you can book a private energy healing session.

About Yvette - Holistic Health and Fitness Coach

As the heart and soul behind Train With Yvette, my journey into the world of fitness and wellness is fuelled by a deep-seated passion for helping individuals and families embrace a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

With my qualifications, including a Reiki Healer Certificate through Yoga & Oils, a Fitness Leader Certificate, and a qualification as a Personal Trainer through NZIHF, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every session.

But my qualifications extend beyond certifications. As an athlete who loves to run and participates in triathlons, and a mum to six wonderful children, I've lived the challenges and rewards of maintaining a fitness regimen amidst a bustling family life.

My aim is to inspire parents, particularly those feeling overwhelmed and under confident, to take charge of their health and wellbeing.

My favourite part of this journey is witnessing the transformative power of fitness and self care in the lives of those I work with.

Seeing others achieve their goals, gain confidence, and find joy in movement brings me an immense sense of fulfilment. It's about making a real difference - one workout, one meal, one moment of self care at a time.

As your coach, I'm not just here to guide you through exercises or give nutritional guidance; I'm here to support you in discovering your strength, resilience, and joy in living a healthy lifestyle.
